In principle, this includes personal data of the responsible person(s) within the company or business to which candidates are to be placed. Further personal data may also result from documents submitted by the company or the business.

(2) If data is entered and sent via a contact form on our website, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. By submitting the data to us, the respective user of the contact form agrees to the processing of their data for recruitment purposes in accordance with the nature and scope set out in this privacy policy. Users of the contact form will be informed about the processing of their data and referred to this privacy policy before sending. The express prior consent of the sender is required for sending the data. The consent given is logged and stored.

We process the personal data of data subjects of the respective

In these cases, the transfer is made for the purpose of processing and reviewing the application documents and/or contacting and/or inviting you to an interview. The data will be used for a specific purpose and forwarded to appropriate candidates for a specific purpose. In the context of this transfer of data, it is possible that the candidates reside outside the EU or EEA, so that it may be necessary to transfer the data to a country in which there is a lower level of protection under data protection law than in the EU or EEA.

By expressly consenting to the transfer of personal data, data subjects agree to us storing their personal data for a period of five years for the purpose of recruitment. After a period of five years, the data will be deleted; the legal basis for storing the data until this point in time is consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if applicable in conjunction with. Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR.

Otherwise, personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. In addition, storage may take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject.
